I am looking to add some cashflow at the moment and have been using the website Write Swap to do this, it is a fantastic service for writers and is very similar in set up and concept to Fiverr, the main difference being that you name your price!
If you need a proof reading and document formatting service, please consider me! I'm very efficient and fast, I do this on a day to day basis in my 'normal' job, so I come with years of experience!
